John Signo is currently a Senior Project Manager at Bank of America, managing cybersecurity projects with the goal of reducing identified risks while protecting the enterprise and its clients. He has previous work experience at J Walter Thompson, IBM, and BNSF Railway, providing Project Management and Systems Engineering work. John continues to be an active member of PMI Dallas and PMI Dallas Toastmasters since 2014 and 2015, respectively.  He is an advocate for PMI certifications and currently holds the PMI PMP and PMI ACP certifications. In his spare time, he provides sessions on “Branding to Land Your Next Gig” using LinkedIn, resumes, and an online ATS tool.  In addition, he continues to mentor PMP and ACP candidates as they prep for their certification exams.

Shoko Sobata is a Project Coordinator Lead at Bank of America. She manages cybersecurity projects to remediate risk while protecting the enterprise and clients as well as working with Project Coordinators to improve the quality of project deliverables to meet bank standards. Although she is currently based in New York, she has previously worked in Japan which proves her geographical mindset and cross-cultural perspective she has which is vital to meet global objectives. She is also a part of the Brand and Land team which provides sessions on how to brand yourself and land jobs by helping others in their career journey.

Mohun Sundar has been a member of PMI Dallas since 2013.   He is a certified PMP and PMI-ACP and has 10+ years of experience in healthcare project management working with business and IT groups to achieve successful outcomes. In addition, he has been with PMI Dallas Toastmasters since 2014 and earned his Distinguished Toastmaster certification in 2020.  Currently, he works as a senior project manager at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas.As part of the Brand and Land team, he looks forward to the opportunity to help others in their journey to improve and optimize their professional brand.

James Parham has been serving as an IT Project Manager II at BAE Systems since February 2022. In this role, he is responsible for leading a highly skilled team of IT professionals. His commitment to excellence is evident through his certifications, which include PMP, ACP, RMP, PBA, DASM, DASSM, and DAC. Before retiring from the US Army in June 2021 with 25 years of service, he held the position of Chief Warrant Officer Four/915E (Senior Ground Maintenance Warrant Officer). Throughout his career, he held several critical roles, including Brigade Maintenance Technician, Battalion Maintenance Technician, TAC Officer, and Maintenance Control Officer. During his free time, James serves as an instructor for the U.S. Army PMP candidates at The University of Texas at Austin. As a Brand and Land team member, he is excited about the chance to assist others in enhancing and optimizing their professional brand.

Raquel Aguilar is currently a teacher in the Socorro ISD school district in secondary education as a Science Teacher and head coach of the Mens and Women’s Varsity swim team. She has a Bachelors degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry.

Kevin Ray is a transitioning Naval Officer who is retiring after 20 years of active-duty service. He is a highly accomplished and results-driven professional with substantial experience in leadership, operations, and training. Throughout his career he has proven his ability to manage complex projects, acquisitions, and risk management, ultimately culminating in commanding a U.S. Warship at sea. As a certified Naval Instructor, Kevin has served at four different training commands where he has provided mentorship and training across the United States and Japan, with his latest position consisting of training afloat staffs how to operate more efficiently and effectively in preparation for their upcoming deployment. Additionally, Kevin is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
